1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our dropshipping business, we accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Incorrect Items: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 7 days for a return or exchange.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for items purchased due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size/fit unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Return Process

If your return is eligible, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [Your Contact Email] with your order number and a brief description of the issue (e.g., damaged, defective, incorrect item). Please include clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return any items without an RA number.

  3. Return Shipping: For eligible returns, we will provide you with a return address and instructions. In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item and verify the issue, we will either:

    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees) or

    • Offer a replacement of the same product, if available.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

4. Refunds

Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we will process the exchange as a return and a new purchase. Please reach out to our customer support team to initiate the process. If the item is eligible for exchange, we will guide you through the steps.

6. Missing or Lost Shipments

If your order is missing or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in tracking the package or filing a claim with the carrier. If your order is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Canceling or Modifying an Order

Once an order has been placed, it is typically processed immediately to ensure quick fulfillment. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After this time, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order due to our supplier’s processing times.

8. Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • Limited Edition or Seasonal Products: Certain products, such as seasonal items or limited-edition releases, may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Late Returns: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Any returns received after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
